(Provisional and Representative List of Flawed Polling Centres)
As indicated in our letter to you of 5th December 2001, we urge you to annul these polling divisions (and the individual polling centres within them) and to conduct a re-poll that would provide voters an opportunity to exercise their franchise without fear or threat.
